What if 2026 could be that year where you make the leap in your business and therefore in your life that you've been dreaming of for a long time. Here's the thing, 2026 is going to be my 20th year in business. I've run different business from a dance performance company to working as a healer and a bodyman coach online to also adding on business coaching online and running different programs at the same time.
I'm running businesses for as long as I can remember. I really didn't ever have a job. This is what I've been doing and I've learned so much. And here's one thing that I know. The big leaps that I made in my business and that my clients make and that I see other coaches and experts and business owners out there make are never random. They always have two things behind them. One is a clear identity shift.
for the founder and we're going to talk about that in depth and two, a strategy, a clear strategy that can actually get them there. And those two have to come together because if you just have a strategy, but your identity, your belief systems, your nervous system isn't aligned with that, it's very difficult for it to happen. And if you just do the inner work and you're manifesting and believing in it,
you don't really have an actual strategy, it's also not going to happen. You could say this is the masculine and the feminine having to come together, the structure, the bones, the strategy, and then the more feeling, the energetic, the somatic and the subconscious having to back up what you planned. I'm going to take you in this episode, as it's really exciting, going to take you through different places that you might be at right now revenue wise.
And then to see, I'd like, is it that you need to focus on in order to make 2026 that leap year for you? I really remember 2018 when I'd been making, I'd already quit my dance performance company for a couple of years. That was a six-figure company, but that was dependent on subsidies. It was a foundation, a nonprofit. So that was a very different kind of business to run. Then I ended that.

and I had to reinvent myself. And in the first years, I was literally making like 20,000 a year, 25,000 a year until in 2019 for the first time I hit 125,000. So there was a five X revenue in one year. And again, that didn't happen by accident. That happened because there was a plan and a strategy behind it. So let's see how we can make these kinds of results happen to go.
two times, five times, 10 times your results that you are having so far. And I have seen it all for myself and for my clients. And if you've been following me a little bit over the past summer, you might know that I am right now myself in another up level transformation as well. So everything that I'm sharing with you is super relevant on my level in this moment as well.
So we're gonna look at these different places that you could be in in your business right now. Let's say that you are in the beginning phases. You are having zero to 5K months. So maybe you're really starting out or you're just having Mexican 5K months. Here's what I wanna invite you to first of all, to shift in your identity for 2026. The big identity shift that you want happening at that point.
is that you are thinking of yourself maybe as a beginner, you are most probably thinking smaller, playing smaller, maybe you even have a revenue goal that is too low, that is, you know, that doesn't exceed the 5K months, which honestly for a business owner, you want to have a little bit more revenue so that you can really grow that business and not just create a busy job for yourself.
The most important thing is that you stop thinking that you're starting something, stop thinking that you have to play small in order to be liked and loved and still be you, but to really start showing up as if that bigger vision already happened and really tapping into that playing big version of you. Really that version of you of running a business. I think so many of my clients that I made in the beginning when they come to me, I could actually say they think as a freelancer.

at the most, sometimes they even think as an employee, just they just think I need to get myself Swiss salary through so many clients. And that is not a business, it's business is something where that can grow without you that over time, you don't have to work in as much for it to generate more money. That is what your business can do. And this is what I invite you in envisioning if you are really in that zero to 5K months phase.
If you really at the beginning, you need to do some research, right? You need to start really figuring out like, what is it that you do? Who are you? What is it that you share with the world? And how do you bring it together? If you are one of my beautiful multi-skilled coaches or experts, this is the point where you look at all your different modalities, bring them together, really know for yourself, like what is it that I do if I bring it all together, create a signature offer around it and sell that. If you haven't sold it yet, sell it for the first time.
as a pilot, as a test version to an audience that is going to be your first beautiful aligned clients so that you have a leveraged offer that you can scale after that. So those first zero to 5K months, making sure that your identity is on spot, that you really know that you are a business owner, not a freelancer, or just creating a busy job for yourself, which is still doing 30 years from now, but really having something that can over time make more money.
while you work less and also help more people while you don't have to put all your hours and time in it. First of all that and second of all to really have an offer that you can leverage. So when you are in a phase of five to 10k months, so in the past year maybe hit six figures or you almost hit six figures, you are willing to be confronted. It's something that I see a lot of.
coaches, experts, founders of their business be in at that point of their business, which is imposter syndrome. They're like, okay, this worked for me one year or two years, or this worked for me a couple of months, but not really. who am I? This is like, I'm actually an imposter, right? So you really want to overcome that idea of I just got lucky. I can't repeat this. I now have these so many clients.

and stop there. So I see people, are not focusing on growing their audience, growing their list because they really don't, they can't see, that's a belief, that there's so many more people out there. If you have been able to sell something and you have been able to get to 5K months, my gosh, you have gold in your hand. You now only need to structure your business to get more people for the same offers if they are working for you.
Maybe you have to look at your offer at this point so that it becomes more scalable. If you got to those 5K months one on one, most certainly that is what you will need to do. But really it is about like stepping into that possibility of getting more people. Once you have this, you really have done the hardest lifting of finding an offer that sells and gets the right people in. So in this phase, I want you to focus on building a funnel. I know.
I would have never thought I would say something like this and I might have people in my audience, if this is you listening right now and you're like, a funnel, but Linda, I don't want to be bro marketing. A funnel simply is a beautiful, energetic pathway for people to find you, get to know you and know that they want to work with you and then for you to make an offer on Rapin. I have one single funnel running and it is so good. sell our programs to that one funnel.
we are going to add after doing this for many years, we're going to add a second funnel, but that's almost like a second marriage, right? That is a lot of work and there's a lot going on there. So if you don't have a funnel yet, meaning do you have a clear way, like where people find you and like, are you constantly getting new subscribers, new people into your world, which can be done in different ways that could be through organic social media, that can be done through ads, it can be done through.
partnerships depending what suits your personality and your design. And then from there, what is happening next? I, for example, have a beautiful one hour masterclass that gets a lot of people into my world and it also helps people feel like, wow, I didn't know you a week ago, but now I'm just really already ready to work with you because you understand me so well and you actually have the solution that I need. So that is a funnel. It's nothing more than that. And I want you to

Hilden, if you are those 5 to 10k months and you want to grow further from there, this is what you need. One single funnel that does a lot of the heavy lifting for you. Of course, you also want to be visible on the socials and you want to do all the other beautiful things, sending a newsletter to your email, like all those beautiful things, but really focus on having that funnel.

Then if you are ready to ramp up to 10 to 30 K months, then really the identity shift that wants to happen here is stop doing it all alone. had this beautiful friend slash business coach who told me always, Rolinda, like when I was like before this phase, I was like, Rolinda, you're too busy to be successful. And I started to understand more and more what that means. If you want to grow to 10 to 30 K months, you need to start thinking of
Who is this doing this for me? You need to start stop thinking that you are the one carrying it all, doing it all and really create that identity shift and you being the founder and a leader and finding people on your team that can do tasks that you've been doing better than you've ever done them, right? So that you can start taking yourself out of the operations so that you can start taking yourself out of the areas in your business that you do not enjoy the most.
I really love asking myself and my clients, what is it that you enjoy most and what would you like to outsource? Because there's people out there who love doing marketing and sales, but actually start to hire people to deliver their programs to their clients because that's what they don't love being in. But they're so good at that front end and then they have support coaches and they train people that are specialists in delivering the content. For me, I love delivering. I love working with my clients, creating my curriculums.
creating content and now what I'm outsourcing is operations and sales. So those are the decisions that you need to make. Do you love marketing? Do you love sales? Do you love working with your clients, which is most of my people that I work with. This is where they want to be. Or do you love operations? Usually that's not where you want to be. So this is where you get people that are better than you. Really important to start taking over when you add those
you want to grow to that 10 to 30k months, you're at that place, you want to grow from there, then you really want to get those people in that are better than you, that can help you leverage so that you can grow to 30 to 100k months. So I know it's a big bracket and I just wanted to emphasize that this is really a leap that you can make because if you're at that

10 to 30K months, you have everything. You have an offer that already sells, you have a clear message, you know who your audience is. Now you just need to have team and systems that allow you to scale up to that next level. And of course you will need to match your identity with that. Because if you go to 10 to 3200K months, I mean, if you are at 80K months,
you're making a million a year. You're now in that I'm a seven figure business owner phase. And that really will trigger some beliefs. You will get more responsibility. I mean, you have team to pay, you have more clients to serve and to take care of. There's higher expectations. So your inner world wants to grow with that. And you really want to get even more into that founder business owner seat.
not the one that's doing all the things, but the one that is having the vision and that is doing the things that light you up the most. For a lot of us, that's going to be you are creating your content because nobody can do that for you the way that you do it. And you are working with your clients or creating curriculum and content and resources for your clients. And then you have team doing sales and maybe repurposing your content.
hosting for you, interacting, maybe you have, you know, there's just different roles that really come in when you're at that level. And this is how you can grow there. So it's also good to see that if you are right now in 0.2k months or you are just hitting 10k months and you really wanting to be at that level where you're writing a book and speaking on stages.
and Billy being the thought leader and you are wanting to have a team and grow to a million that you see that there's different stages and identity upgrades along that way.

In all of these phases, I think the trap of getting pulled back in into wanting to do everything yourself is really big. So it's really good to learn how to delegate who to hire and how to grow your business to that next level without overworking right now. Of course, we also have systems and AI and there's so much there that can take work off your plate while you can grow and continue having a huge impact.
So after me talking through all this, I'd love for you to think of like, where am I at right now? And what are the most important things for 2026 for me to focus on and to really bring that next level? So first of all, you will of course need to know what is your next level? What is it that you would really want to create? What is your playing big vision? And then second, what are the things that you are going to focus on to make that change happen? What is your identity?
shift your upgrades, your belief shifts, and what is your strategy? Now, within that strategy, I want you to think of the things that you want to do more of, the things that are working and the things that you don't want to do anymore, the things that you want to find other people to do so that it frees you up to do more of what is really important, what moves the needle and what is important for you in your business.
