Why SELF SABOTAGE is actually SELF LOVE

Procrastination, not calling that one Important Person back, eating ice cream instead of getting to the gym… SELF SABOTAGE, right?

And what if I told you that this is actually SELF LOVE

(okay in a twisted way, I admit .. but let me explain!)

This self-sabotaging behavior is like LOVER who expresses his LOVE in all the wrong ways…

but means really well …

WHAAAT??

How does this work???

Self-sabotaging behavior is your sub-conscious trying really hard to protect you and to keep you safe.

Let me give you an example.

Your consciousness and you have decided that you want to raise your prices for your ‘Done-for-you-package’ - after all - it’s a high-end service, it costs you tons of energy, and you love doing it, clients are raving, but it’s not scalable.

So logical next step: raise those darn prices, right?

BUT somewhere in your life (most prob in your childhood), you have picked up a belief that says something like: ‘When I'm really successful people get jealous and resent me.’

Whenever you have a belief like that, there is a belief under the belief and a belief under that belief and so on…

finally, you come to the BIGGEST FEAR which is:

= Everybody will leave me

= I’ll be alone

= I’ll die

Sounds dramatic, but this is how our brains are programmed.

Because when we were living in tribes, and you’d be left alone... you’d die.

That primal programme is still driving lots of the actions you’re taking.

GREAT

So now you know.. That your subconscious thinks that:

You will die if you raise your prices.

And your subconscious doesn't want you to die

It wants to live.

That is loving, right?

So

The only thing you need to do is to re-wire your dear brain here.

Teach it that you can raise your prices, and still be loved by the people around you.

That you can increase your rates and be safe at the same time.

That you can be successful and surrounded by loving people at the same time.

When this has shifted on the inside, you can go ahead and take the actions, without sabotaging yourself.

It might feel new, and a bit awkward in the beginning, but simply start taking action from your most successful self.

And watch the magic unfold.
